Beatrice Cuenca of the California
Integrated Waste Management Board (CIWMB) reviewed that
document and sent you her comments in a letter dated January
28, 1992. On February 25, 1992 and March 5, 1992 we met with
you to determine which of Ms. Cuenca's comments needed to be
addressed through another RDSI amendment.
As you'll recall, we agreed that the City would respond only
to comments number 2,4,5,8,and 15. We also agreed the City
would provide a description of the Austin Road Landfill
Corrective Action Plan.
Below are proposed RDSI amendments addressing the comments
indicated above. The amendments follow the same format as used
in October 1991 Austin Road Landfill Amended RDSI.
AMENDMENTS TO AUSTIN ROAD LANDFILL RDSI
Section 1 (Site Operation - Description of Operation) , Item A
(hours of site operation)
Issue: "The hours of site operation section should include the
annual spring clean-up hours, and be consistent with the
permit'®.
Amendment: The landfill's regular operating hours are from
6:00 a.m. to 3:00 peme , Monday through Friday.
