To revise the permit based on this document, it must <br /> address the existing landfill facility and future landfill <br /> expansion, both, together as one document. Because the new <br /> revised solid waste permit will be all inclusive. The following <br /> concerns should be addressed: <br /> 1) . Page 2; "Type-011, LF-3 , Vertical Expansion, Reads <br /> "Phases V-V! ", should be Phases V-VI. <br /> 2) Page 3 ; location: indicate latitude and longitude, and <br /> Township, Range, Baseline and Meridian, (CIWMB Permit <br /> Desk Manual (PDM) pg. 3 . 1-9] . <br /> 3) Page 4; surrounding land use, show all structures. <br /> Example: homes and drainage basin, have been omitted <br /> (14 CCR 18222, pg 3 . 1-10 PDM) . <br /> 4) Page 4; "Type-011, "consti-tuting" . <br /> 5) Page 5; please clarify statement " . . .containing less <br /> than 50% solids. . .
