CONTINUED CONDITIONS FOR N-994-1-1 Page: 2 <br /> 8 - The SOx emissions shall not exceed 150 pounds per day. <br /> 9 - The CO emissions shall not exceed 263.0 pounds per day. <br /> 10 - The VOC emissions shall not exceed 0.75 g/hp hr and 43.7 pounds per day. <br /> 11 - The hydrogen sulfide emissions shall-not exceed 47.8 pounds per day. <br /> 12 - The incoming gas shall be filtered to remove particulate matter. <br /> 13 - No more than 500 gallons of condensate per day shall be injected into the engine stack. <br /> 14 - The engine shall be equipped with,an automatic air/fuel ratio control to maintain lean combustion. <br /> 15 - The automatic air/fuel ratio control-'shall be set to assure stack 02 concentrations of 8.1% +/- 1% by <br /> volume. <br /> 16 - The facility shall make arrangemerits to perform EPA test TO-14 in the presence of the APCD inspector. <br /> The facility shall also perform a health risk assessment based on the results of the test, in <br /> accordance with the CAPCOA Risk Assessment Guielines. <br /> 17 - The District shall receive the test results, a report of all process parameters, which includes the <br /> condensate injection rate during the test, and the health risk assessment at least two weeks in <br /> advance of the commencement of condensate injection. <br /> 18 - The excess risk of cancer to any off-site receptor shall not exceed one in one million and the <br /> exposure level of any off-site receptor shall not exceed the acceptable exposure level specified in <br /> the CAPCOA Risk Assessment Guideline. <br /> 19 - A daily 109 of the amount of fuel burned and the amount of landfill gas condensate injected into the <br /> engineshallbe kept. The log shall be kept on the premises at all times and shall be made available <br /> for District ins tion upon request. <br /> 20 -The PM10 emissions shall not exceed 1.0 pounds per day. <br />
