Board staff reviewed the
Agreement with regard to requirements discussed with Messrs.
Padilla and Wickes of your office on March 4, 1992 and summarized
in Board correspondence of March 10, 1992 (Compliance Agreement-
Leachate Control) .
Staff offer the following suggestions:
1. The last sentence under #1 of the draft Agreement might be
altered to read:
If test results indicate the condensate is a hazardous
to the tt >II ` of condensate to the
waslandfill will be pr®h 'ited, irrespective of
the October 91 10 cteadl r e.
2 . The final statement of the draft Agreement might be altered
to include:
Failure to observe any of these compliance issues and
corresponding schedules will delay the issuance of a new
Solid Waste Facilities Permit or may result in revocation
<Ia <'
of the current Perma.t, a-n Notice::::............................................................
Printed on Recycled Paper--
