Lincoln <br />Stockton, CA 95205 <br />RE: 5 YEAR PERMIT REVIEW - Austin Road Landfill, San Joaquin <br />County #39 -AA -001 <br />Dear Sir: <br />The Austin Road Landfill solid waste facility located on Austin <br />Road, seven miles southeast of Stockton in Section 3, TI -S, RTE, <br />MD&B has been reviewed by the Department of Environmental Health <br />Services (LEA) in accordance with the California Code of <br />Regulations, Title 14, Chapter 5, Article 3, Section 18213. <br />The Department has reviewed and evaluated the following documents: <br />1. Report of Disposal Site Information Volume 1 dated <br />November, 1988. <br />2. Amendment to the Report of Disposal Site Information <br />dated April, 1990. <br />3. Engineer's Report Volume II dated November, 1988. <br />4. California Regional Water Quality Control Board's Waste <br />Discharge Order #90-122. <br />5. Solid Waste facilities permit 39 -AA -001 dated February 1, <br />1983. <br />6. California Waste Management Board letters dated June 12, <br />1989 and December 12, 1989. (Appendix A) <br />7. Water Solid Waste Assessment Test and Verification <br />Monitoring Plan, June, 1989. <br />Upon Review of the above documents and a on-site inspection of the <br />facility on October 13, 1989, it is the determination of the LEA <br />that there is a significant chancre in the current design and <br />operation of the solid waste facility. <br />A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services Aptft <br />
