A Notice of Proposed Facility filed by the project proponent �- with this Board as required by the CCR Section 17936, and containing the information specified in CCR Section 17927- 17929. 2. A written statement from the County that the facility complies with `GC Section 66784.2, regarding distance from residential structures. �a1r•. t.�v . \,3.) A written finding from the County Solid Waste Management Plan (CoSWMP) Planning Liaison indicating that the facility is in Conformance with the approved San Joaquin CoSWMP, as required by CCR Section 17937. 4. A written finding by the County Planning Agency that the facility is consistent with the County General Plan, as required by GC Section 66796.41. Before this finding can be made the following conditions must be met: A. The project is located in a land use area designated or authorized for a solid waste facility in the County General Plan. B. The adjacent land uses are compatible with the establishment of the site. Before the Board can consider both the Determination of Conformance and Concurrence with the Solid Waste Facilities Permit, an environmental document which fully complies with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) must be prepared for this project. Since the Board must act as a responsible agency under CEQA when it takes discretionary actions on the pro' ; the draft environmental document will need to be ciy-curated through the State Clearinghouse for review_ as re red by State CEQA Guidelines Section 15073(c). The( nt lso will need to file Notice of Determination with the Caunty Clerk and the State Clearinghouse as required by CEQA Guidelines Section 15075(d).
