Liquid or semi-solid waste (i.e., waste containing less <br />than 50 percent solids). <br />2. Solid waste containing free .Liquid or moisture in excess <br />of the wastes moisture holding capacity. <br />Please do not bring wastes meeting this description to the <br />landfill.
