Fremont <br />Stockton, Ca 95201 <br />Attn: Mr. Tony Scopesi <br />PROHIBITION ON DISPOSAL OF LIQUID WASTE AND WASTE CONTAINING FREE <br />LIQUID OR MOISTURE AT AUSTIN ROAD LANDFILL <br />Waste discharge requirements (Regional Water Quality Control Board <br />Order No 90-122) for the City of Stockton Austin Road Landfill <br />include a prohibition on the disposal of the following wastes: <br />1. Liquid or semi-solid waste (i.e., waste containing less <br />than 50 percent solids). <br />2. Solid waste containing free liquid or moisture in excess <br />of the wastes moisture holding capacity. <br />Please do not bring wastes meeting this description to the <br />landfill.
