AOL <br />• On or after July 1, 1993, it is unlawful to direct or <br />transport waste tires to a minor WTF or to accept waste <br />tires at a minor WTF unless the operator has obtained a <br />minor WTF permit. <br />• After January 1, 1993, landfilling of waste tires <br />prohibited, unless tires are reduced in.volume by <br />shredding or other methods approved by the Board. <br />Your name is currently on our mailing list of persons interested <br />in receiving future notice of the non -emergency rulemaking. You <br />will be sent a "Notice of.Proposed Regulatory Action", when the <br />Board begins to adopt the non -emergency regulations. In addition <br />to outlining the subject of the proposed regulations, this notice <br />will provide complete information about the upcoming public <br />hearing, if one has been scheduled, and give the date by which <br />written comments concerning the regulatory action must be <br />received. <br />If you would like a copy of the subject regulations or if you <br />wish your name to be REMOVED from the.
