Box 568 <br />French Camp, CA 95231 <br />An inspection was conducted on June 10, 1991, the following <br />violations shall be corrected: <br />I. Austin Road Landfill/Downing Landfill <br />A. Storage area shall be surrounded by at least a 6 - <br />inch high curb for secondary containment, Uniform <br />Fire Code (UFC) 79.405. <br />1. Diesel fuel tanks on stilts. <br />B. Post signs in storage areas prohibiting open <br />flames and smoking within 25 feet, UFC 79.806. <br />C. Diesel fuel shall not be dispensed by gravity <br />from tanks or similar containers, UFC 79.802. <br />D. Dispensing shall be done at least 15 feet from <br />any building. <br />E. When dispensing, adequate grounding and bonding <br />shall be provided, UFC 79.806(c). <br />F. Fire extinguisher shall be provided in the <br />dispensing area, UFC 79.806(a). <br />G. Flammable or combustible liquids or`waste liquids <br />containing crude petroleum or its product shall <br />not be discharged onto the ground, UFC, 79.113. <br />1.
