This permits condensate to be returned to the same landfill from which the gas came. The condensate disposal leach line is required to have the capacity to handle up to 200 GPD. We are required, quarterly, to have a laboratory test performed on the condensate using the EPA 601 and EPA 602 test methods. We are required to log and report the average daily flow and to weekly test and record the Ph and conductivity of the condensate. We are required to submit the quarterly laboratory tests with a summary of the daily flows discharged during that quarter to the Board. As you will recall, when the issue of condensate became a topic of discussion in 1989, a comparison was made of the "fingerprint" of the condensate in the landfill and the "fingerprint" of the condensate being discharged from the plant. It was determined at that time that there was a significant difference and that the condensate from the plant was not the source of the VOC's that were found in the ground water downgradient of the landfill.
