The daily tonnage record for July 1989 is included in <br />Attachment A. The average daily tonnage accepted at the landfill during July <br />1989 was 510 tpd, while during the peak day of the month, 628 tons were ac- <br />cepted. Both the measured average and peak daily tonnages for July 1989 are <br />significantly less than the average daily tonnage for 1990 forecast by the 1977 <br />RDSI (776 tpd). <br />• • • ' is •. t r • : is r.: • •. <br />QuantityEMCON believes that modifying the .
