Austin Road Landfill Expansion- Draft Preliminary Closure <br />and Postclosure Maintenance Plan, City of Stockton, (1 copy) <br />dated August 1995. <br />A cursory review was made of this Draft document and the <br />following comments are made concerning specific items which need <br />to be addressed in greater detail in the formal submittal of this <br />document. <br />FORGIV a 0 <br />1. Figure 3, Surrounding Site Use Map - Submit a revised land <br />use map which shows the current zoning and existing <br />structures within a one mile radius of the landfill boundary <br />on a D size (24" x 3611) drawing_ in accordance with 14 CCR <br />Section 18261.3. <br />2. The plans should clearly indicate that there will be <br />sufficient material in the borrow area(s) to satisfy all the <br />project needs for final cover as well as for daily cover and <br />intermediate cover. Plans should indicate which portions. of <br />the borrow volume will be reserved for the final cover <br />barrier layers and the liner barrier layers for the new <br />expansion area. <br />3.
