A summary of solid waste quantities discharged during July, <br />August and September, 1994. The minimum waste discharge <br />elevation and map showing fill areas comy;leted. This map also <br />shows the existing footprint as required by Board Order No. <br />93-200. <br />2. Tabular summaries of quarterly monitoring data and groundwater <br />and sampling field data sheets. <br />3. A groundwater contour map showing groundwater surface <br />elevation for September 7, 1994, and groundwater velocity <br />information. <br />4.
