Salmon, <br />Ida M. Geiger Hailey, Frances C. Williams, and Elzora I. Bunch. <br />Thereafter, said defendants deeded the subject property to defendant <br />Albert Brocchini Farms, Inc., retaining the mineral rights thereon. <br />4. 1 am in the process of obtaining probate records which <br />should provide the last known addresses of defendants Arthur E. <br />Salmon, Ida M. Geiger Hailey, Frances C. Williams, and Elzora I. <br />Bunch, none of whom are in physical possession of the subject <br />property, and they will be personally served, or in the alternative <br />served by publication pursuant to court order with the summons and <br />complaint filed in this action. <br />5. As to defendant Irene M. Young, based on the foregoing <br />information it is believed that this defendant is deceased and that <br />her heirs, as far as are known to the San Joaquin County Public <br />Conservator, consist of a son and daughter whose identities I am in <br />the process of obtaining.
