Twining anticipates <br />completing the grouting for well installation within the specified time frame. <br />4.2 Well Development and Pump Installation <br />The monitoring well will be developed by bailing and pumping following installation. <br />Development will not begin until at least 48 hours after installation. Development water <br />will be contained in DOT -approved 55 -gallon drums. Development will continue until <br />relatively clear water is discharged or the well goes dry and does not recover in a reasonable <br />time. It is estimated that no more than 55 gallons of development water will be produced <br />at any one well. A dedicated bladder pump will be installed following development and <br />may be used to complete development. <br />4.3 Report <br />Twining will prepare a letter report describing field activities. A site location map, a site <br />plan showing well locations, boring logs, well construction diagrams, and well development <br />logs will be included. <br />5.0 SITE SAFETY <br />The site safety plan for Twining personnel assigned to this project is presented in Appendix <br />B. A copy of the site safety plan will be available on-site throughout the course of field <br />activities. <br />6.0 LIMITATIONS <br />The proposed scope of work assumes the site will be accessible at the time work is <br />performed. Written authorization for site access is required. Additional work and/or <br />unforeseeable conditions, not summarized in the cost estimate, would be charged on a time <br />and materials basis; your prior approval would be requested should this occur. <br />Twining shall not be responsible for damage to underground utilities or installations. <br />There are no third party beneficiaries of this agreement between the client and Twining and <br />no third -party shall be entitled to rely upon any work performed or report prepared by <br />Twining hereunder for any purpose whatsoever. The client shall indemnify and hold <br />Twining harmless against any liability to any third -party for any loss, expense, or damage <br />arising in connection with reliance by any such third -party on any work performed or reports <br />issued by Twining. <br />Twining's services will be performed, consistent with generally -accepted environmental <br />
