A6810201 Page B-2 <br />Table 2 <br />Emergency Information <br />A list of emergency telephone numbers and contacts for emergencies requiring fire, police, <br />and/or ambulance response is summarized in Table B-1. A location map showing the <br />position of San Joaquin General Hospital in relation to the site is shown on Drawing B-1. <br />Health and/or Safety Risks: Potential threats to health and safety which can be reasonably <br />expected to be present at the site during field operations include the following. <br />• Operation of heavy equipment; <br />® Heat and/or noise stress; <br />Air Monitoring Program and Respiratory Protection: Respiratory equipment will available <br />on-site and will be used if high levels of organic vapors are detected during drilling <br />operations. Vapors emitted from the boring will be periodically monitored using an organic <br />vapor meter. In addition, if any unusual strong odors are noted, work will be temporarily <br />discontinued and the source of the odor evaluated. <br />
