Arnold Inouye, Area Engineer <br />Enclosed is the following information: <br />1. Tabular monitoring data. <br />2. Velocity and ground water flow map. <br />3. The third quarter 1995 statistical evaluation report. <br />Since the last quarterly report, approximately 41, 736 tons have <br />been discharged to the landfill with residential and <br />commercial/industrial comprising 12,520 and 29,216, respectively. <br />The waste discharge occurred between elevations 36 to 60 USGS. <br />The groundwater treatment plant has continued to experience <br />operational problems. However, in spite of these problems, over 90 <br />million gallons of groundwater have been treated to date. Final <br />acceptance of the treatment plant is anticipated and EMCON has been <br />issued a purchase order to operate and maintain the plant upon <br />acceptance. <br />In addition, monitoring well #14 was installed and groundwater <br />analysis is included which shows that no VOC's were detected. <br />Acetone was detected, however, this is a common laboratory <br />"STOCKTON ...
