It will assist us in our continuing efforts to track the nature and extent <br />of the landfill plume. The well is scheduled for installation on June 28, 1995. <br />2. Resolve start-up problems with ground%zter treatment system. The system has been <br />shut down completely or operated at less than design capacity much of the time since <br />it begin operating last August. We are continuing to work with the construction <br />contractor to resolve start-up problems and get the system into a routine mode of <br />operation. To assist in this process and to help ensure that the System stays on-line <br />once the start-up problems are resolved we have hired E-MCON Associates to operate <br />and maintain the plant for the next six months. <br />Further analysis of the significance of the BIW -13 monitoring results will be contained in the <br />first quarter, 1995 statistical evaluation report.
