EHD approves additional probe placement at FCL and will await further information <br />regarding methane gas migration at this site. The boring permit has been approved <br />and mailed to Twining Labs (copy enclosed for your convenience). <br />Submission of FCL's Gas Monitoring Plan currently complies with CCR 17258.23 but <br />there remains an area of concern regarding CCR 17705. Methane gas at FCL poses <br />a potential health risk. Further verification of methane gas confinement to FCL <br />property and remediation of any public health risks due to gas generated at FCL is <br />required. <br />Please submit all further information or address questions to Carol Oz, R.E.H.S., (209) <br />468-3440.
