Disposal: <br /> Waste disposal at Forward/Austin Road Landfill was from April 1,2002 and <br /> ceased on June 6,2002. No further disposal at Forward/Austin Road Landfill <br /> is anticipated during the winter of 2002-2003. <br /> 2. Reseeding and Erosion Control: <br /> The condition of vegetative cover of Forward/Austin Road Landfill has been <br /> evaluated and areas that need seeding will have Hydro-Seeding approved by <br /> Sand Castle Hydro Seeding in the Early Fall. <br /> 3. Cap, Gas, Creek, and Drainage: <br /> July of 2002 work began on an intermediate cap to be placed on the top of the <br /> original Austin Road Landfill. The grade of the cap will be from North to <br /> South. New down drains will be installed. The North Brach of the South <br /> Fork of Little John's Creek is being relocated to the North of the original <br /> Austin Road Landfill. A drain ditch will be installed at the base of the south <br /> slope to carry the clean runoff. What little runoff comes from the North slope <br /> will be picked up in a ditch at the toe of the slope. <br />
