Expansion of the Gas Recovery System is due to begin in August 2002,which <br /> will include seventy,plus wells and a flare will be installed. The Ground <br /> Water Treatment Plan Discharge Pipe will be relocated to the North where it <br /> will empty into a newly constructed Ground Water Recharge Pond. <br /> 4. Roads: <br /> Necessary roads have been winterized with Road Base, Gravel, and Asphalt. <br /> Roads have been grade to promote drainage so no ponding will occur. <br />
