In accordance with the permitting
requirements for the ARL(Facility No.39-AA-0001),the Wet Weather Operations Plan must
be submitted by November 1 of each year to-document site preparations for the upcoming
winter.
As discussed earlier today, the landfill will cease waste disposal operations as of
November 1, 1999. The City has contracted with Allied Waste to perform the site
maintenance during the upcoming wet weather season. Therefore, the staffing
information in the Wet Weather Operations Plan is no longer applicable. However, the
description of the stormwater management system and the wet weather maintenance
operations are still valid.
If you have any questions regarding this Plan, please contact Mike Miller,City of Stockton,
or me.
Very truly yours,
CAMP DRESSER& E INC.
Jj0 pq
D
Wayne Pickus,P.E.
