AGREEKENT <br /> �. <br /> THIS AGREE!.MT made and entered into this � 01 day of <br /> c• , <br /> 1965, by and between SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY, <br /> a political subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter j <br /> called COUNTY and NOMELLINI CONSTRUCTIO14 CO., a California <br /> corporation, hereinafter called OPERATOR; <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WMEREAS, OPERATOR is the lessee of those certain parcels <br /> of land, situated in San Joaquin County, State of California, <br /> described as Follows: <br /> PARCEL I <br /> Section twelve (12) of .Township two (2) North, <br /> Range Nine (S) East, Mount Diablo Base and <br /> Meridian; and <br /> PARCEL II <br /> The North one-half of the North one-half of <br /> Section Thirteen (13) , Township Two (2) North, <br /> Range Nine (9) East, Mount Diablo Base and <br /> Meridian, <br /> both of which are referred to hereinafter as the SANITARY <br /> LANDFILL or referred to as the Site. <br /> WhIEREAS, OPERATOR desires to make the Sanitary Landfill <br /> available to COUNTY for the disposal of refuse generated in <br /> San Joaquin County in Refuse Service Areas 5, 6, 7, [ and 9 <br /> and the City of Manteca and to operate said Sanitary Landfill; <br /> and <br /> W71EREAS, COUNTY desires to grant OPERATOR a franchise <br /> to receive and dispose of refuse generated in certain areas <br /> of San Joaquin County; r <br /> NOW, THEREFORZ, it is mutually agreed by and between <br /> the parties herato as follows: <br /> ' 1 <br />
