! t 116 ARTICLE I GENERAL PROVISIONS Refuse Service Areas numbered S. 6 7, E and 9 are defined as all that territory within the limits of said Service Areas, as set forth on the attached nap. Said map is attached hereto and is identified as Exhibit "A", and is incorporated herein as though set forth in full. Operator shall provide the site described above and services ror the d' -._. osal of refuse through the use of a sanitary landfill. Operator shall have the right to use every portion of the site which is not in actual use for landfill, landfill operations, or uses associated witt. the landZill operations, in any manner he desires; except that as to those areas of the site which have not yet been used for sanitary landfill, Operators use of such property shall not in any way jeopardize their future use for sanitary landfill Purposes. "Refuse" means, for the purposes of this contract, waste, industrial waste, swill, offal, food processing waste, and garbage, but shall not include vegetable and fruit packing waste, commercial garbage, or nonputrescible materials resulting from the wrecking, destruction, construction or alteration of buildings, Food Processing waste means that solid and semi-solid putres- cible waste resulting from vegetable canning, vegetable freezing, fruit canning, fruit freezing, food canning, or resulting from a milk plant, brewery, winery, or other food processing or manu- facturing operation, except vegetable and- fruit packing waste. "Sanitary Landfill" and. "Site" mean the premises described above where the disposal of refuse vegetable. fruit g packing . waste _; food processing waste, or nonputrescible waste ;materials resulting from the wrecking, destruction, construction, or altera- tion of buildings, received by Operator, may be disposed of by Operator Pursuant to this contract..
