The specific sections of the landfill regulations <br /> may be referenced throughout the text. Many of the specifications <br /> of this Operations Plan exceed or provide more detail to the <br /> regulations. However, this document in no way is meant to conflict <br /> with state or local minimum standards. Should minimum standards of <br /> this document conflict in any way with state minimum standards for <br /> operation of solid waste disposal sites, the state minimum <br /> standards shall be followed by the Operator. In addition, all <br /> state standards applicable to the operation of Landfill which are <br /> not referenced in this operations plan shall be carried out by the <br /> Operator in its operations of the Landfill. <br /> 1.3 NOTIFICATION <br /> 1.3.1 Procedures <br /> Should the Operator fail or anticipate inability to carry out <br /> provisions of this oeerations plan or other regulations which apply <br /> to operation of the landfill, the Operator shall verbally notify <br /> the CDPW Solid waste Division mamangement immediately. Such <br /> notification shall be followed by written notification.
