5.3.3 Survey Training <br /> The Operator shall provide all necessary training to the Landfill <br /> personnel who will be performing the grade surveys. The types of <br /> training, names and resumes of personnel who will be performing the <br /> surveys shall be provided to the CDPW. <br /> 5.3.4 Documentation of Surveys <br /> The Operator shall submit copies of surveys from the field books to <br /> the CDPW within 10 days after the survey has been performed and at <br /> least 20 days prior to performance of work for which the stakes <br /> were set. The CDPW may exercise the option of reviewing these <br /> notes for accuracy. <br /> It should be noted that performance of checking or review of the <br /> Operator's surveys notes is at the option of the CDPW. It is the <br /> Operators responsibility to provide accurate grade control surveys, <br /> staking and documentation to meet the specifications of this <br /> section. <br /> 5.3.5 verification Surveys <br /> The CDPW may perform verification surveys to check the accuracy of <br /> the surveys performed by the Operator. The scope and frequency of <br /> the verification surveys will be at the discretion of the County. <br /> The County may require that additional resurvey work be performed <br /> by the Operator if there are discrepancies between the survey <br /> performed by the Operator and the verification survey by the <br /> County, or if review of the Operator's field notes indicate <br /> deficiencies or errors. <br /> It should be noted that performance of verification surveys is at <br /> the option of the CDPW. It is the Operators responsibility to <br /> provide grade controls surveys and staking to meet the <br /> 20 <br />
