In such cases where stakes or marks are destroyed <br /> or disturbed, they shall be replaced at the Operator's expense in <br /> such time as to not delay work. Methods and documentation of the <br /> restaking shall meet all requirements in 5.3 .2 and 5. 3 .4. <br /> 5.4 County Responsibility <br /> The CDPW will be responsible for the following: <br /> ♦ Instruction to the Operators' designated management of <br /> operations on the measures for enforcement of the County <br /> tarping program called out in 5. 1.4 . <br /> ♦ Providing adequate bench marks for use in the Operators' <br /> placement of fill grade control stakes as called out in <br /> 5. 3 . 1. <br /> ♦ Provide prompt notification to the Operator when <br /> deficiencies are noted in waste handing, placement, <br /> compaction or grade control based on random CDPW site <br /> inspections or verification surveys. <br /> 21 <br />
