The Operator shall direct site traffic to ensure the following: <br /> ♦ an adequate distance between adjacent vehicles when <br /> positioned to unload waste. <br /> ♦ adequate space for turning and backing of vehicles <br /> repeated repositioning, and <br /> ♦ traffic is restricted to an adequately paved unloading <br /> area. <br /> 13.7 Dust and Noise Control <br /> Appropriate measures for Dust and Noise Control shall be followed <br /> by the Operator as indicated in Section 13', Nuisance Control. <br /> Should dust or noise become a potential health and safety threat, <br /> the Operator shall take immediate action to mitigate the threat. <br /> 35 <br />
