18 EMERGENCY PROCEDURES <br /> 18. 1 Emergency Response <br /> The CDPW Emergency Response Program for the Landfill is Appendix B. <br /> 18.2 Responsibility <br /> The Operator's and CDPW responsibilities for emergency procedures <br /> are called out in the Emergency Response Program (Appendix B) . <br /> 18.3 Unauthorized Waste Discharges <br /> The Operator shall notify the CDPW immediately if unauthorized <br /> releases occur. Unauthorized release may include discovery of <br /> hazardous waste in the fill, occurrence of leachate in surface <br /> water or other conditions not allowed under landfill operating <br /> permits or this operation plan. <br /> 18.4 Operations Contacts <br /> The Operator shall supply the CDPW with current names, addresses <br /> and 24-hour emergency phone numbers for the Operator's site <br /> management team and site formers. <br /> 41 <br />
