19 CORRECTIVE ACTION <br /> 19.1 Regulatory requirements <br /> The Operator shall be responsible for performing all corrective <br /> actions required under the operating permits for the Landfill. <br /> This shall include being familiar with the compliance standards and <br /> inspection procedures of these agencies and also performing work to <br /> carry out corrective actions for site operations deficiencies. The <br /> CDPW must be informed of any regulatory agency communication with <br /> the Operator or site operational personnel. Additionally, any <br /> necessary communications with regulatory agencies shall be <br /> coordinated through the CDPW. <br /> 19.2 Documentation of Failures <br /> Should the County find deficiencies under this operating plan or <br /> site permit requirement, the County will notify the Operator of <br /> such deficiencies. The County will indicate the nature of the <br /> deficiencies and methods required for correction. <br /> 42 <br />
