20 RECORDS <br /> 20.1 'Waste Quantity Records <br /> The Operator shall provide waste quantity records to the County on <br /> a monthly basis at a minimum. The waste quantity records shall be <br /> in a format prescribed by the CDPW. Waste quantity records of the <br /> Operator shall also be kept available at the site as required by <br /> state regulation and for review by the CDPW. <br /> Scales may be installed at the site by the CDPW in the future. <br /> Such a system may include computerized data processing. The CDPW <br /> will provide, operate and maintain such systems, and provide <br /> quantity records to the Operator as needed. <br /> 20.2 DIVERSION OF WASTE <br /> Diversion of waste may occur at the Landfill as part of programs <br /> administered by the CDPW. The Operator shall provide monthly <br /> quantity records of all waste types diverted according to <br /> categories and methods developed by the CDPW. <br /> 20.3 Special Occurrences <br /> Documentation on special occurrences shall be maintained at the <br /> site according to CCR14, 17638. The CDPW reserves the right to <br /> review and obtain copies from the Operator of such records. <br /> 20.4 HAZARDOUS WASTE <br /> The Operator shall provide the CDPW with records regarding the <br /> quantities and types of hazardous waste encountered, load checking, <br /> temporary storage, and other pertinent information required to <br /> carry out the hazardous waste exclusion program described in <br /> Appendix C. <br /> 43 <br />
