21 SITE MAINTENANCE <br /> The maintenance responsibilities of the Operator include but are <br /> not limited to the following: <br /> ♦ cover material as required in Section 6, <br /> ♦ drainage facilities constructed by the Operator as <br /> required in Section 7, <br /> ♦ maintenance of all Landfill operational equipment, and <br /> ♦ all operations buildings and installations on the site, <br /> except for County provided and staffed facilites. <br /> This shall include performing maintenance activities on equipment <br /> according to manufacturers specification to provide for safe <br /> efficient operation of the equipment. The buildings and <br /> installations shall be maintained to provide a safe, clean and <br /> organized surroundings for personnel and equipment as approved by <br /> the CDPW, Local Fire District and other involved regulatory <br /> agencies. <br /> The CDPW shall have access to records and may provide additional <br /> direction on procedures for site and/or equipment maintenance. <br /> 45 <br />
