22 SITE MANAGEMENT <br /> The parities responsible for conformance with this Operations Plan <br /> are listed in the agreement. The Operator shall supply the CDPW <br /> with names, titles and qualifications of personnel involved in <br /> carrying out operations of the Landfill. <br /> 22.1 Site Foreman <br /> The Operator shall have a designated site foreman on duty during <br /> all hours of Landfill operations or other periods of site work by <br /> the Operator to supervise work of the Operator's employees at the <br /> site. The designated site forman shall be experienced in landfill <br /> operations and safety, and at a minimum shall be Certified as <br /> required in Section 12 .3 . <br /> 46 <br />
