TASK ORDER TWO <br /> SUPPLEMENT TO THE AGREEMENT TITLED "AGREEMENT FOR WASTE OIL <br /> COLLECTION SERVICES AT VARIOUS SITES WITHIN SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY" <br /> ALL SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICTS) <br /> This TASK ORDER TWO is for additional services to be performed <br /> by BAGLEY EQUIPMENT COMPANY (CONTRACTOR) under the Agreement <br /> titled "Agreement for Waste Oil Services At Various Sites Within <br /> San Joaquin County, " February 14, 1995 (AGREEMENT) between San <br /> Joaquin County (COUNTY) and CONTRACTOR. All terms and conditions <br /> of AGREEMENT apply for this TASK ORDER TWO. <br /> TASK D. <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> CONTRACTOR shall initially design, furnish and install a waste <br /> oil collection site at the Escalon School District Maintenance <br /> Yard in Escalon, CA prior to June 30, 1995. All work for this <br /> TASK ORDER TWO shall be performed in accordance with the <br /> agreement and proposal (PROPOSAL) . All work in PROPOSAL is <br /> authorized by this TASK ORDER TWO. <br /> COMPENSATION <br /> CONTRACTOR shall perform all work described in SCOPE OF WORK <br /> above for an amount not to exceed $11,297.06.
