C. Identify project, CONTRACTOR, Specification section number, submittal <br /> number, pertinent drawing sheet and detail number(s), products, units and <br /> assemblies, and the system or equipment identification or tag number as shown. <br /> D. Apply CONTRACTOR's stamp, signed or initialed certifying that review, <br /> verification of products required, field dimensions, adjacent construction Work, <br /> and coordination of information, is in accordance with requirements of the <br /> Contract Documents. <br /> E. Revise and resubmit submittals as required; identify all changes made since <br /> previous submittal. <br /> F. When submittals have been reviewed by the DESIGN ENGINEER or QA/QC <br /> CONSULTANT, one copy will be returned to CONTRACTOR appropriately <br /> annotated. <br /> 1. If major changes or corrections are necessary, submittal may be rejected and <br /> will be returned to CONTRACTOR with such changes or corrections <br /> indicated. <br /> 2. Correct and resubmit the submittals in the same manner and quantity as <br /> specified for the original submittal. <br /> 1.5 SCHEDULES <br /> A. General: <br /> 1. Submit estimated progress schedule in duplicate to the DESIGN <br /> ENGINEER or QA/QC CONSULTANT. <br /> 2. Revise and resubmit as specified, and identify all changes made from <br /> previous schedule submittal. <br /> B. Progress Schedule: <br /> 1. The CONTRACTOR shall provide a graphic (Work plan) construction <br /> schedule indicating the various subdivisions of the Work and the dates of <br /> commencing and finishing each. <br /> 2. The schedule shall be of sufficient detail and must show complete sequence <br /> of construction by activity. All critical path items must be clearly shown. <br /> Slack time shall be shown for items that are not on the critical path. <br /> C. Schedule Delays: <br /> 1. No adjustment of Contract Times or Price will be allowed due to DESIGN <br /> ENGINEER's or QA/QC CONSULTANT's review of Submittals, unless all <br /> of the following criteria are met: <br /> a. CONTRACTOR has notified the DESIGN ENGINEER or QA/QC <br /> CONSULTANT in writing that timely review of Submittal in question <br /> is critical to progress of Work, and has received written acceptance to <br /> reflect such on current accepted submissions and progress schedule. <br /> Written agreement by the DESIGN ENGINEER or QA/QC <br /> CONSULTANT to reduce Submittal review time will be made only <br /> for unusual and CONTRACTOR justified reasons. <br /> b. The DESIGN ENGINEER or QA/QC CONSULTANT has failed to <br /> review and return first submission of a Submittal within agreed time. <br /> C.
