E. Coordinate with OWNER detours and other operations affecting traffic and <br /> access. Provide at least 72 hours' notice to OWNER of operations that will alter <br /> access to the site. <br /> F. Upon completion of construction, restore ground surface disturbed by access road <br /> construction to original grade, or if requested by OWNER, leave access roads in <br /> condition suitable for future use by OWNER. Replace damaged or broken <br /> culverts with new culvert pipe of same diameter and material. <br /> 3.6 PARKING AREAS <br /> A. Control vehicular parking to preclude interference with public traffic or parking, <br /> access by emergency vehicles, OWNER's operations, or construction operations. <br /> B. Provide parking facilities for personnel working on the Project. No employee or <br /> equipment parking will be permitted on OWNER's existing paved areas, except as <br /> specifically designated for CONTRACTOR's use. <br /> 3.7 DRAINAGE <br /> A. The CONTRACTOR is responsible for the diversion and control of surface water <br /> within the Work area throughout the construction period. <br /> B. Surface flows shall be controlled so as not to adversely impact adjacent areas <br /> onsite. <br /> C. The CONTRACTOR shall protect his work from damage due to stormwater run- <br /> on and runoff and is responsible for all associated repairs, at no cost to the <br /> OWNER. <br /> 3.8 CLEANING DURING CONSTRUCTION <br /> A. It is required that the entire site be kept in a neat and orderly condition, and the <br /> OWNER may, at any time during construction, order a general cleanup of the site <br /> as a part of the Work under this Section. <br /> B. CONTRACTOR shall dispose of waste, trash, and debris in a safe, acceptable <br /> manner, in accordance with applicable laws and ordinances and as prescribed by <br /> authorities having jurisdiction. Non-hazardous waste material and debris may be <br /> disposed onsite with prior approval of the OWNER. Burning of trash and debris <br /> on the site will not be pen-nitted. <br /> C. Cleanup: The CONTRACTOR will be required to clean up construction Work <br /> areas including all office facilities and dispose of waste material. Cleanup of <br /> construction Work areas will be required on a daily basis. At the close of each <br /> day's Work all small quantities of waste and debris resulting from construction <br /> activities and from office facilities shall be gathered up and disposed of in suitable <br /> receptacles. Waste and debris shall not be allowed to accumulate in such <br /> quantities as to create an unsightly appearance, or safety or fire hazard, nor shall it <br /> interfere in any way with free access to, and operation of existing facilities. <br /> D. Waste Disposal: The CONTRACTOR shall provide suitable receptacles for all <br /> construction office waste material such as wrapping paper, discarded containers, <br /> Forward Landfill WMU FU-04 TEMPORARY FACILITIES <br /> 01500 6 AND CONTROLS <br />
