HILL, ENVIRONMENTAL COORDINATOR PHONE: (209) 468-3073 <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This Project proposes to revise Solid Waste Facilities Permit <br />No. 39 -AA -004 to increase the permitted peak volume of solid waste received at the <br />Foothill Sanitary Landfill from 720 tons per day to an average of 1,000 tons per day <br />with a peak throughout of 1,500 tons per day. The Project will also permit recycling <br />at the Landfill to reduce solid waste. <br />0 LEAD AGENCY: SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (209) 468-3000 <br />This is to advise that the San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors approved the above <br />described project on May 30, 1995, and has made the following determinations: <br />1. The project will not have a significant effect on the environment. <br />2. A Negative Declaration was prepared for this project pursuant to the provisions of <br />CEQA. <br />3. Mitigation Measures were made a condition of project approval. <br />4. A Statement of Overriding Considerations was not adopted for this project. <br />5.
