Disposal of dewateFed slud Title 27 Section 20200 (d) (3) allows the disposal of certain <br />dewatered sludge in Class III landfills, stating that: "liquids or semi solid waste (i.e., waste <br />containing less than 50 percent solids, by weight) other than dewatered sewage of water <br />treatment sludge as described in section 20220(c), shall not be discharged into Class II <br />Landfills (emphasis added).
