6 LANDFILL OPERATIONS <br />OPERATING GRITERI Operating Criteria <br />56.1.1 __ Hours of Operation <br />For the purposes of this Document, the term "Hours of Operation" is as defined in <br />Title 27 Section 20164: "Operation" of the landfill occurs "from the first receipt of waste <br />until the final receipt of waste consistent with the normal pattern of operation in the solid <br />waste facility permit." <br />Hours of operation (receipt of refuse) -may start noThe landfill is open +e reneive refuse <br />daily fFGFn earlier than 7:00 a.m., and may eertek-tdecontinue -no later than4e 5:00 p.m. <br />Hours of operation may be shortened within that time based on refuse inflow and the <br />needs of the site. Such adjustments in hours of receipt of refuse will be in coordination <br />with the County Environmental Health Department). <br />The landfill is operated daily with the exception of posted holidays.
