6.1.2 Description of Operating Cycle <br />The daily operating cycle begins when the active face is prepared to receive waste for <br />the day, approximately one-haefhalf hour before the start of the Hours of Operation, or <br />as needed. <br />After the start of the Hours of Operation (gate open for the receipt of refuse), waste is <br />received from facility customers, who are directed to the disposal area by signage and <br />facility staff. <br />Equipment pushes the waste from the tipping point onto the active face where it is <br />compacted. <br />Refuse is not received after the Hours of Operation. Prior to that time, some of the <br />active face receives daily cover. The remainder of the refuse is covered after the Hours <br />of Operation. <br />6.1.3 Disposal Site Records <br />The County maintains the following records at the San Joaquin County Department of <br />Public Works, Solid Waste Office at 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton, California: <br />I. _Weights Weights and volumes for waste accepted in accordance with the SWFP <br />and WDRs. The County manually weighs and records transfer and <br />packer truckloads.
