By <br />receiving administrative completeness, your facility receives an application shield from <br />federal enforcement action for failure to submit an application. If any permit <br />modifications or changes are to be implemented prior to receiving the renewed Title V <br />permit, this renewal application should be updated promptly to include those changes. <br />The District will perform a detailed review of the Title V permit application and will inform <br />you of our findings. In the course of the detailed review, the District may find it necessary <br />to request additional information. The estimate of the total permit processing time for the <br />application would be 40 hours, at $80.87 per hour engineering time.
