0 6.1.2 Description of Operating Cycle
The daily operating cycle begins when the active face is prepared to receive waste
for the day, approximately one-half hour before the start of the Hours of Operation,
or as needed.
After the start of the Hours of Operation (gate open for the receipt of refuse), waste
is received from facility customers, who are directed to the disposal area by signage
and facility staff.
Equipment pushes the waste from the tipping point onto the active face where it is
compacted.
Refuse is not received after the Hours of Operation. Prior to that time, some of the
active face receives daily cover. The remainder of the refuse is covered after the
Hours of Operation.
0 6.1.3 Disposal Site Records
C7
The County maintains the following records at the San Joaquin County Department
of Public Works, Solid Waste Office at 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton,
California:
1.
