• CRTs - Stored in bins and transferred to Lovelace Transfer Station. The <br />CRTs are presently removed from the transfer station by a commercial <br />recycler. <br />The Operator provides the County with records of the quantities of recycled or <br />salvaged materials (Table 2). Scavenging is not currently allowed at the site. <br />6.4.3 Volume Reduction <br />Volume reduction at the site is accomplished by compaction of the waste in the <br />active face. Most waste received is from the transfer stations, where significant <br />volume reduction has already occurred. Shredding or baling of waste is not in <br />practice at the site at this time. <br />6.5.
