H <br />0-10 <br />09 <br />Operations Layer: (1) CAT 14H motorgrader with GPS graded the floor. Some additional material was placed on the surface <br />to fill low spots. The material was obtained from Stockpile 3 and hauled by (1) CAT 745 truck. <br />(1)Hundai excavator loaded some of the finer material in Stockpile 3 to (2) CAT 745 trucks which hauled the material to the <br />tie in bench along the edge of Area 1. (1) CAT D6 dozer spread the material assisted by (1) laborer to remove any oversize <br />clods. Some of the clods have rolled down the slope and rested on the top of the material pushed up the slope. Contractor was <br />informed that the oversize material must be removed from the slope operations layer soil. Placement on the bench at the tie <br />in was completed today. <br />Force Main. Assembly of the Rack Support for Area 2A resumed. There was an issue with the rack details and interference in <br />the assembly of the piping. Nick and Joyesh resolved the matter verbally. <br />Termination Berm Construction: Grading on the western and southern termination berm continued today. A small section <br />of slope was underbuilt by approximately 1 foot. A small fill was placed and track walked by the Dozer to allow the slope to <br />be trimmed to grade. The Cat CP 54 compactor was used intermittently. Termination Berm construction along the East slope <br />was competed today. As discussed in the last meeting the berm fill was tamped into place with the excavator rather than <br />using compaction equipment over the liner. Two laborers picked oversize from the material. <br />Electrical Panel Placement: Electricians continued with conduit and wiring on the Sump Pump Control panel <br />Sump Riser Pipes: A resolution to the missing 6" instrumentation pipe has been reached. The water level sensor will be <br />placed in the adjacent "extra" riser. <br />Drainage Structures: The Hundai 480 excavator resumed excavator resumed excavation of the drainage channel near the <br />CSP crossing. The material was loaded into (2) CAT 745 trucks and taken to Stockpile 3 <br />Survey: F3 surveyors were on site again and surveyed top of operation layer soil and remaining top of LCRS drainage gravel. <br />(1) JD 410 backhoe and 4 laborers were used to excavate additional holes for gravel shots. <br />Cleanup: (1) Hitachi300 excavator, (1) CAT950 loader, (1) JD 410 backhoe and (2) CAT 745 Trucks cleaned up spoils from <br />around the top of the East slope area. (1) CAT D6 dozer track walked the slopes of stockpiles. <br />Equipment Onsite: (1) CAT D6T LGP dozer, (2) water trucks, (1) Hitachi 300 excavator, (1) JD 410K Backhoe. (1) CAT 623 <br />paddlewheel scraper.
