2.1 Key Safety Personnel <br /> CB&I will oversee and act accordingly during all phases of the project. The Project Manager is accountable to <br /> CB&I's Management and to the Client's Management for the CB&I Team Performance on the project. <br /> The PM has authority to direct response operations; the PM assumes total control over site activities. In <br /> addition,the PM: <br /> • Prepares and organizes background review of the project,the work plan,and the field team. <br /> • Ensures the responsibilities as outlined in CMS-710-02-PR-05300 Extra Hazardous and Repair <br /> Work are maintained during the project. <br /> • On a monthly basis conducts an additional compliance inspection using the Project HSE Inspection <br /> Form (CMS-710-05-FM-01402) (Appendix A) or the Shop and Warehouse HSE Inspection Form <br /> (CMS 710-05-FM-01403) to document this inspection. A copy shall be forwarded to the HSE <br /> Manager <br /> • Obtains permission for site access and coordinates activities with appropriate officials. <br /> 2-1 <br />
