STATE HEALTH HAZARDOUS WASTE (SHHW)
Jim Pappas
Jim Stahler
Marian King (Legal)
SHHW began enforcement activities in 1978. SHHW estimates approximately
300 manifests per month from 10,000 generators must be screened in order
to determine those manifests and generators associated with the Forward
Site. Public information on the manifests will be made available after
all generators are contacted to determine if the waste materials are
associated with any trade secrets. Generators must be informed and give
permission before release of the chemical makeup of each load received
at the Forward Site.
SHHW will attend and have a list of all manifests available for the
5/4/82 meeting.
