In the event of a disaster, we can house 6-8 people at Mike Vander Worp's office. <br />We need to run our telephone lines into his building. <br />We have purchased one gigabyte on his system, which is comparable to ours. He <br />has the same programs loaded that we use daily and, therefore, we need only to load our <br />latest daily data back-up onto his system to be up and running. <br />Mike has 2 printers but they are very slow. We should/need to buy/rent a high <br />speed printer in order to do our billing or more than just the minimal daily output. <br />Mike would comfortably have room for 6-8 people. I suggest we would install 3 <br />SSS/SDS customer service reps., Teresa, myself, and Noreen part time for P/R only or <br />others, room permitting, on an as needed basis. <br />IBM does not guarantee immediate replacement of a damaged/destroyed AS400, <br />but would do "their best." Fortunately, I feel we have an excellent plan with being able to <br />use the PAC facilities.
