GeoSyntec Consultants 0 <br />• Monitor the Contractor's work schedule and work progress. <br />• Monitor the Contractor's quality control program. <br />Record the Contractor's required certifications. <br />Perform all documentation requirements. <br />• Prepare and certify the Final Closure CQA Report for submission to regulatory <br />officials. <br />3.2 CQA Inspection Personnel <br />CQA inspection personnel will have formal training and practical experience in <br />inspecting and testing construction work, including conducting and recording inspection <br />activities, preparing daily reports, and performing field testing. In addition, knowledge <br />of codes and regulations involving material handling, observation of testing procedure, <br />equipment, and reporting procedures will be required. <br />The CQA personnel will perform various tests and observations during <br />construction such as: <br />• Ensuring that all testing equipment is properly calibrated on a regular basis and <br />that the calibration is documented. <br />Accurately recording all test data and organizing them in a manner that allows <br />easy reference. <br />• Evaluating the Contractor's construction quality control plan to ensure that it <br />meets or exceeds the CQA Plan requirements. <br />Reporting observations and test results as the work progresses. <br />The supporting CQA inspection personnel will work under the supervision and <br />guidance of the CQA Officer. Inspection personnel will perform onsite inspections of <br />the construction and closure and determine whether the work meets the requirements of <br />the Project Plans and Specifications.
