0 GeoSyntec Consultants <br />evaluate construction practices. If CQA personnel observe poor construction practices, <br />the CQA Officer will be notified immediately. The CQA inspection personnel will be <br />responsible for verifying that all testing is conducted in accordance with American <br />Society for Testing Materials (ASTM) standards or other specified test methods and that <br />the proper test equipment is used. The results of all inspections, including work that is <br />unacceptable, will be reported to the CQA Officer. <br />3.3 Contractor <br />The Contractor is responsible for constructing the project in conformance with <br />design plans, specifications, and this CQA Plan. Construction of the components <br />making up the final cover must be performed by the Contractor or appropriately <br />qualified installers subcontracted by the Contractor. The Contractor must allow the <br />CQA Team to access the work and shall assist the CQA Team in performing the <br />required sampling and testing. In addition, the Contractor will provide construction <br />surveys for all layers of the final cover.
